At TheDressExpress, we want you to love your order. If there’s an issue with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international suppliers, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item arrived defective
  • Part of your order is missing
  • Your package was lost in transit

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor differences in color due to screen settings
  • Normal loose threads, wrinkles, or slight packaging damage
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers are not required to return the item. If a return is requested, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
